This Sunday, we will continue our Healthy Relationships series by looking at one short but powerful verse from the childhood of Jesus: “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man” (Luke 2:52).

Healthy relationships do not happen by accident. They are formed over time as God grows us into healthier people. Using the picture of four tires on a car, we will consider four areas where Jesus grew and where we are called to grow as well: wisdom, stature, favor with God, and favor with people.

This message is for all of us, children, students, parents, grandparents, single adults, married adults, and senior saints. We cannot control every road we will travel in life, and we cannot remove every pothole, storm, or difficult turn. But by God’s grace, we can become the kind of people who are better prepared to follow Jesus faithfully wherever He leads.
