Faithful Love in Every Season
This Sunday, we continue our Healthy Relationships series with a message called “Faithful Love in Every Season.”
We will be talking about marriage, but this message is not only for married people. Some are married and grateful. Some are married and struggling. Some are single and content. Some are single and hoping to be married. Some are divorced and still carry grief, pain, or questions. Some have lost a spouse, and this topic touches a tender place.
So here is the question we will consider together: What if the goal is not simply to be married, but to belong fully to Christ in every season of life?
Through 1 Corinthians 7, Matthew 19, and Ephesians 5, we will see that marriage is holy, singleness is honored, divorce is serious but not beyond grace, widowhood is tenderly seen by God, and every one of us is called to live faithfully before the Lord.
Marriage is a beautiful gift, but marriage is not God. Singleness can be a gift, but singleness is not ultimate. Christ is ultimate. And because Christ is sufficient, faithful, and Lord, every relational season becomes an opportunity to trust Him, honor Him, receive His grace, and reflect His love.
See you this Sunday –
