Crosspoint Kids

 Welcome! At Crosspoint Church, we believe that children are a vital part of the church today. It is a joy to worship alongside them and nurture their faith and love for Christ. We invite you to participate in worship in whatever way best fits your family. We offer a nursery during every service, as well as Sunday school classes for Pre-K through 5th grade which begin when children are dismissed after worship. Children are always welcome to remain in the service with their parents.

If you need to step out, you’re welcome to use the café directly behind the Sanctuary or the Family Room in the hallway next to the Sanctuary (Room 202). Both spaces stream the service. And please come back in when you’re ready! You may also find it helpful to prepare your children during the week by sharing the worship songs with them, helping them find the sermon scripture in their Bible, letting them know if there will be a special speaker, or explaining the upcoming communion. Note-taking templates for children and teens are available just outside the Sanctuary doors.

Fifth Sundays

In months with a fifth Sunday, children Pre-K and older stay in the Sanctuary for the entire service (the nursery remains open). These fifth Sundays are intentional opportunities for children to engage in the service. We encourage you to model worship and participation for your kids. Everyone is learning and growing, and children learn by watching, experiencing, and asking questions. God made children curious and energetic, so it’s perfectly okay if they wiggle or whisper! Feel free to answer their questions and guide them through the service.

NURSERY & TODDLERS

Nursery Care for 0-3-year-olds

Nursery care for children aged 0-3 is available throughout the entire Sunday morning service, beginning at 9:45 AM. This allows parents to fully engage in worship while knowing their youngest children are being cared for in a safe and nurturing environment.

PRESCHOOL

Worship and Classrooms for Ages 4 Years – 5th Grade 

Children aged 4 years through 5th grade stay with their parents or guardians in the sanctuary during the first part of the worship service. This time allows them to worship with the entire congregation. Afterward, children are dismissed to their classrooms for a special time designed just for them. These classrooms are divided into three age groups: PreK-Kindergarten, 1st-3rd Grade, and 4th-5th Grade. In each classroom, we use a Bible storytelling method called KIDStory. Each Sunday, children engage with Bible stories in creative and interactive ways through activities, discussions, reflections, and crafts.

PLAN YOUR VISIT

Your First Visit 

If this will be your first time visiting Crosspoint Kids, we welcome you! Before the 10:00 AM Sunday service begins, please stop by the Kids Connect check-in table located outside the sanctuary. We will register your children in our digital check-in system, print name tags for each child, and provide you with more information about our children’s ministry.

To make your first visit even easier, you can pre-register your children in advance. When you arrive at the Kids Connect table, our team will confirm your registration and print out the name tags for your kids.
